Where duplicate accounts are identified, 75jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Your registered name must match the name on your payment method(s). Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 75jili support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 75jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, 75jili may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This process is standard practice for licensed gaming operators and is designed to protect players and prevent financial crime.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 75jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 75jili's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. 75jili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform and are subject to change.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 75jili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 75jili are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. 75jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 75jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 By 75jili. 75jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting 75jili support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
